With the Optimill®, this part of running is essential to operating the machine. The Optimill® is motorless and is driven forward by the force of your foot while your body is held in place by a shock-absorbent Slastix resistance band attached to a steel spine.
While running on the Optimill®, the wireless Polar HR monitor mounted in front helps you track your speed in real time, along with your heart rate, distance, and more.
