Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our sales team. This email ensures that we have received your order and we will begin processing. Once your product is sent out, you will receive a tracking number from us so you can follow your shipment.

 

Order Shipment

We offer FREE & FAST shipping for every order. Most of our orders will ship out in 1 to 3 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, please give us a call and we will work with you on this.

We may charge shipping for some larger items. If an item requires additional shipping and handling charges, we will clearly mark this requirement on that product page.

 

The Shipping Time Consists Of Two Sections:

Processing time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are shipped from the manufacturer within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time: The time it takes to arrive at destination after dispatch from the manufacturer is 3-7 business days.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have been processed will follow our 30 Day Return Policy.

 

Shipping Carriers and Procedures

Orders shipped with regular UPS and FedEx Ground do not require signature upon delivery. Most of our orders are heavy and NOT shipped via UPS /FedEx Ground but via one of our various freight carriers on a wooden pallet.

Customers are required to be home at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and help offload the individual packages from the tail end of the truck.

Please note that this is NOT white glove delivery, this is standard delivery where the heavy item will be placed outside.

It is typical for white glove delivery services to cost $150 to $300 more than typical services, and there may be additional fees if assembly is required.
