What is your cancellation policy?

How do I place an order?
To place orders by phone, call us at (855)-904-5585. To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Secure Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout. You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will process your order immediately.

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Do you charge sales tax?
