We designed this bar to be universally compatible, both with Slastix resistance bands or with any other cable machine. The Fit Stik’s ball-bearing anchor eyelets are able to spin around unrestricted, keeping you free of any obstruction to your movements.
Built in the USA with aluminum, the Fit Stik Bar is built to be durable and long-lasting no matter your workout’s weight or intensity. Its 18-inch length makes it an easy addition to your portable training kit.
